Terms and Conditions for “Win your wedding dress” Competition
1. Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Information on how to participate
forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Just “LIKE” our official facebook page (Dream Capture – The Bridal Boutique, Photography & Tiaras) & “SHARE” the
advert before 5:00pm on 30/06/2012 to be eligible to win a wedding dress.
3. The value of the prize is up to the sale tag value of £250. You may upgrade your prize to a dress of a higher value at an
additional charge if you require.
4. The selection of dresses in store may include new and sample dresses from “The Bridal Boutique by Dream Capture”.
5. All entrants must be a lawful permanent resident of the UK, over the age of 18, due to be married within the next 36
months and remain as a Facebook Fan until the end of the promotion period (5:00pm on 30/06/2012) to be eligible to win
the prize.
6. Entries are limited to one per person only.
7. One winner will be chosen at random from the list of Facebook fans on 01/07/2012. The winners name, address &
Wedding date will be subject to confirmation before any announcement is made. If the prize winner cannot be contacted
& confirmed within 7 calendar days of the draw being conducted, the person will be disqualified and a new winner will be
selected. There will be only one winner.
8. The winners name & wedding date will be published on the Facebook Page by 11/07/12. The prize must be claimed &
collected by the winner before 20/07/12
9. The judges' decision is final in relation to any aspect of the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The winner will be drawn randomly from the entries.
10. Dream Capture is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring during the competition.
The competition may be withdrawn at any time.
